CBH -- Ammonium Alginate, a natural polysaccharide, is extracted from kelp-like Phaeophyceae.
The product is white to yellowish fibrous granular or powder, odorless and tasteless.

Hydrophily;
Emulsibility.
As a thickening agent, emulsifier and stabilizer in food industry, it can be soluble in water and form a viscous solution.
Application:
cream food and fat food; cheese; yogurt; cold drink, etc;
